I'd have a lighter color separating the teeth. They look too gappy. 

yeah the teeth look too dark. i think it'd work better if they were whiter and had more subtle shading. otherwise this is a great piece.

Thanks folks! I still don't like the teeth (they were even more overshaded before), part of the problem is the useless pink highlight on them.

I'm just here to say that I really like the teeth.

i really dislike the teeth because of their shape, colour and perhaps their scale in comparison to the lips. that being said it is plausible for somebody to have teeth like this.  i'd like to edit this, so if you have a ref it could be handy for me!

Shadows looks still bit too strong in teeth, I think you should light it all up few volumes.
