Very convincing anim esp for that small scale and palette =)
Nitpicks: the way the back foot (1 black px) raises in 3 consecutive frames (up-right-up) is weird, as if a 3rd foot was appearing for an instant; then the foot lowers again when the leg is still bent back. Also the guy's right foot should be more obvious when it passes in front of his/her left leg.
The arm is maybe a tad bit too flexible too, at least it shouldn't bend back at the elbow. That is, if that 'entity' is at least slightly human!
wow, such a believable and characteristic walk cycle but such a small scale, this is really nice
Very smooth animation though I think her arm looks strange when coming forward it seems to bend back like a noodle.
Nice animation, but too small. You can make it bigger and better.

Excellent animation, though I can't agree with your colors, it makes it hard for readability.
