I actually think this one should have gotten 1st place. Great job, once again! :D
I can't qiute put my finger on it, but that is amazing. I'd give 10/10 if I could.
I kinda agree with TGK. The ice cream is rather difficult to read against the background. what with it having the same/similar base colours as the background behind it. Perhaps you could lighten it? Also, how is the ice cream lit on (our) right side if the jellyfish is the light source?
Looks wonderful though. I can see it placing quite high. 
Love it! Everything is great about it, but the glow is a super nice touch.
I actually had to look up "effervescent" in a dictionary, you know :)
well done ^^ this should place rather high in the challenge id presume. it looks a little overly effervescent but the bubbles are pixeled well so they still look pretty :)

Just a thing although, I didn't saw an ice-cream until I read the description
wasnt it supposed to do someone being jealous?
So glad this was able to make it into the challenge. Everything's excellent, bubbles and expressions and colors and textures. The glow effect works out great. Also, love the ominous looking jelly in the background of the top right. Hope you're ready for another blue ribbon

The jellyfish appear to glow and all the underwater details and stuff are great :)

Excellent work! The colors are great, the jellyfishes are cute and the undersea atmosphere is very well rendered.

That was nice. I think that the detail of the orange jellyfish needs a little more color, but overall, the rest was great.
