Okay, so today I realized that I pretty much loathed the avatar I did yesterday and I didn't get rest until I'd made a new one. Thus this. It's prettier. KoF-inspired shading. I'm especially happy with the eyes, lips and glasses. It is sort of a self-portrait. EDIT: Fixed details suggested and adjusted contrast and gamma. My screen has apparantly been way too dark for a couple of years. I realized that a couple of months ago and fixed the problem. Also mirrorized it since I apparantly have watched myself in the mirror to often. Hair was the wrong way.

Thanks for the great crits, it really helped make this better (at least I think so, haha). The hair should look better now that I've changed the gamma and contrast to what it looked like on my computer when the screen was too dark. I also followed Helm's and Untitled's advicea and took away much of the dithering, focusing on celshading, and added another colour. Thanks guys!

maybe dithering from black is not a texture that you'd want on hair. Especially when the rest of the piece is KoF-type smooth. Go with cellshading. Otherwise, good AA, most of the time. You don't need the black outline around the hair and ears too. Lots of breaking.

I think i'm in love. Haha, kidding. She's cute, i really like the eyes, and lips. Overall, it was really well put together. If there's one issue i would have, it would be to add contrast, less dithering, MAYBE another shade, and some AA on the hair.
