You are Boroves, a rich Count in the city of Coldstream. Like every other rich people, you have interesting hobbies such as to discuss your beloved money with other rich people, or take showers of golden coins… But what you like the most is to investigate on the numerous crimes that have occured lately in the city, and your wealth gives you a lot of advantages in this hobby of yours. The only problem? You are a vampire. And when it comes in handy as you can morph into a bat to access areas out of reach, or use your inhuman strength to fight some bad guys, it is not so helpful when you become bloodthirsty and transform slowly into a bloody monster.
Indeed, the less your blood level is high, the more it will be hard for you to contain the dark instincts of your vampire nature. Your skin becomes whiter, your teeth longer, your eyes redder, and people will be afraid to talk to you.
But don't worry! A little drink of blood from your inventory or from the neck of a more-or-less-consenting person, and you're ready to go!
Also, remember that vampires don't like to sunbath, that is why you should always keep an eye on your clock, as it indicates you the time left before dawn. So if you don't want to burn into ashes, you'd better find a good place to spend the day before that timer comes to zero.
