Actually the head band isn't Narutesque think about it it's like a normal headband!!! But it's still cool

Nice costume, nice shading and colors and stuff. Her right foot is very strange, though... to tired to describe the problem now... That bit of cloth (scarf?) would add a bit of detail and stuff it if was animated... you should animate it...

the face is quite small, and there are other things, but the coloring, design and style is just so awsome that this still deserves mad praise :)

Actually the upper body looks fine to me. It's the lower body that's bothering me. Mainly her legs. They seem kinda funky. They look almost as if somebody beat the lady's legs to an oblivion with a bat, in the past, and that they are now left permanently swollen and mangled. But the SF III shading is still pretty top notch. Can't wait to see more.

More SFIII/CPS3 looking awesomeness from you, I see. Wicked design, and an impressive sprite. 5 from me.

My only complaint is, the left hand looks strange. The two fingers that are up are at the wrong angle, compared to the others.
