I like it but red is too intense also some AA on the red lettering would be nice.

 I don't like the way the red colours contrast with the rest of the piece. By the way I like this very much, great work.

 crispy, I like it. hope you fix the composition though, it'll definitely help improve this. also tone the red in a bit more, it's very distracting as it was probably intended to do but it distracts me from the good stuff.

This would work great as a painting, but there's some perspective issues between the horse and rider.  I would love to see more detail and definition where they meet.  The issues might have become more apparent to you.  Still nice work though.

EDIT: Most of these issues have already been mentioned.  We're probably all critical because it has huge potential and could be a great peice with a little tweaking. 

Colours are nice but the red sign could use somme aa as suggested previously.

I think there is a problem with the samourai's position on his horse

Here is where his legs are supposed to start :

As you can see, it looks like the lower part of his body has blended inside his horse. Maybe you should try to pull the samourai up a little, and make the horse bigger, like Friend suggested.

Other than that, it is a lot less messy than some of your late works (save for the background), which is a good thing :)

This image suffers from a very wonky composition: Here's some examples where I changed the image size to golden ratio and applied the rule of thirds.

 All muddled and confused in the middle, two heads floating atop an undecided mass

yay, much cleaner than usual. 

Still has some wonky aspects.  The horse looks too small compared to the rider.  The red on the flag is a little out of perspective and could use some minimal AA
