I have the DB permiss to use the helmet and as you can see i mentioned in the post the helmet is from he.
About the wood and reduced colors yes. As i said this is a "Very very very earlier mockup" for that i used this for the background because various people asked about the game to see all it in a context and i mount a fast mockup to show it.
I don't see any problem but well, if any admin thinks this can't be accepted can remove it. I will upload again without the DB helmet and with other background texture when finish to work on them.
I don't think this thing'll be accepted. You're using someone else's work (DB's helmet) and you're admitting to having colour reduced the wood texture in the back. 
The actual stuff that's yours, though, is pretty cool.
That must be one hell of a helmet, maxing every stat and even the XP.
