Thats kind of cool! I really like the edges. Awesome ^^ Very smooth animated too (not that jaggy)
And about the P being smaller than the U, how about making the upper part of the P longer? As the U is pretty wide I´d make sence to have the "o" bit of P long (and just leave the | as it is)
