Inspired by an old pixelation challenge which involved drawing a background for an adventure game with the ega (16 color) palette. This took way too long, but I learned a lot of stuff, like blending limited colors and using different textures instead of plain dithering patterns.

This is awesome. The grass is great, the tree rocks, and the clouds are brilliant. The drawing itself is great, love the cliff and small road. I like how the darkness shows through the cloud gaps. I would love to play an adventure game with this style.
