Well I'm not a pro when it comes to palettes arrangement  , I pick the colors as I go, But I start by setting a common darkest color (the outline) for all the long ramps and then display them like ramifications of a tree.

 I only mentioned level 1 but yeah, ellian is there to  Such good pixel artists, I've been looking very much at their tumblr pages.

 Reminds me of a cross between level 1 and ellian. Such good stuff!
