The palette used is great. I prefer this harder edge pixelart style so I think its awesome in that respect. Perhaps the wheel in the back seat as seen in the ref pic might improve the composition by hiding the jaggies in that area. :)

realy coll colours, And the shadin' is f*ing amazing
The only thing I could think of is that that girls hair on her left breast is agains´t the law of fysics, I dont think it can stay there without falling down, I´m not saying this just 'cus I wanna see heer boob.
