Yeah, I'm really considering making the clouds from scratch. I'm not really sure if a realistic approach would be the best idea, since the whole background is a bit simplified if compared to the characters (less detail and shadows), I'm afraid it would stand out too much. But I'll figure something out :P

And good to know about the super mutant's color - it was really bugging me that I took the tones directly from a screenshot and my friend still insisted they were nothing like the ingame colors.

I can't help but love any Fallout related works, good job! I have to agree, more realistic clouds would've been better. There's also a stray white pixel in the left strip of grass.

Also the Super Mutant's colours are fine, maybe your friend is thinking of NV Super Mutants?

I wasn't sure about the clouds either - I was going for a more stylized cloud (less realistic), but it didn't turn out as I had imagined. I didn't tweak it further because I was pretty tired from working on the water reflections and such, but I'm seriously thinking about editing it. It's all on separate layers, anyway, it won't be much of a problem. I just have to hunt for references on clouds to see how I can go about it :P
