Weekly Challenge: Wouldn't It Be Nice
I'm surprised you'd call this unfinished when it's so clearly perfect haha.
Really though, this is beautiful. I'm always astounded when I find little gems like this. The background, character, and horse are gorgeous!
I wish you could've finished this :(
Still great, but knowing you it would have been a million times better with the finished version ;)
it's a good piece, but has a lot of flaws i think
-overall sloppy pixels everywhere
-some objects not defined or blended in to image well such as cape, ground where horse is standing
-why isn't he nor the horse looking at the dragon and why is the horse standing? it would make spearing harder
-the composition is as unrefined as the pixels as a whole
Amazing piece. The dragon might be a bit sloppy, but Ol'George is great and the bg is just fabulous.
Also it reminds me of a caricature I had drawn of a teacher named George slaying a camembert dragon, because he used to pick that particular cheese as an example in his science lessons. Good ol'times.
Some of the really saturated colors against the duller colors look odd in places, especially the cape. Looks great though as a whole!

colors composition mood - a little unfinished
the spear is noticeably bent at location of the front hand (that's where it appears to change direction.. Everything else is looking great though.
