I pixelled my Clawdine Kitten Goth Doll I got at Hot Topic store years ago!! Reference was my actual doll in front of me!!

* I also used a total of nine colors on the hair! I checked! but the pj specs counter still says that I used more colors than what I actually used! I only used a total of 25 colors that I hand-picked!*

Checker is right though. Many colors are used in a few pixels only, you can locate them by hovering over the palette.
Even 25 would be too many though, this looks like 12-16 at most. Many colors are too close to be distinguished: for instance the hair looks like 4 until you zoom in.
