I have never played a real Donkey Kong platformer, beyond a DK Country port for the Game Boy Advance. Regardless I wanted a nifty icon like I have for my programming folder - so I made one. |

The dithering was almost an afterthought. I wanted additional contrast from the bananas to the base, as they didn't stand out from each other. It turned out dithering managed to fulfill it while still maintaining the cartoon style.
