The arm seems bended awkwardly, there's little to no antialiasing, and I'm not a fan of that gray for his hair (it mixes into the shadow of his head more than I'd like), but I do really like just about everything else involved in the picture. It's just fairly minor things (except that gun arm really bothers me) that keep it from being really great.
