UpScene Magazine announces it's second annual volume of RaiseUp. RaiseUp is an art publication featuring the work of artists from all over the world. To submit work simply email samples of your work to upscene@mac.com by Feb. 28th! Please read the submission guidelines at http://www.upscenemagazine.com before submitting. Every publication is printed in limited numbers, hand-signed and numbered and followed up by a large group show.
