All the villians will now also easily track all his family and friends.
Stupid ass mothafucka.

It's pretty weird though, to hear a super hero revealing his identity.
I wonder what the real die-hard fans think about this.

@sedge: well, in House of M, Scarlet Witch had altered reality, so the answer to your question could be easily explained by pulling something similar to that.

@Demon:  I agree that eventually his identity has to go back to being secret. How the hell are they gonna get that to work?

Demon (Level 3 Stalker) at 6/30/2006 2:34:36 PM
yeppers, Civil War is pretty tight, but I bet something at the end of the story arc will make spiderman's identity secret again.

God.. this'll be a twist.. may not work well though... things may end up always being on a personal level now- since people know who he is.

Demon (Level 3 Stalker) at 6/30/2006 1:57:16 PM
@Tremulant - ya, he still wears a costume, but its his new one that IronMan build him, which is made of metal.  Why?  Idk, just because there's Spiderman, and then there's Peter Parker, he still wants to keep his identities seperate even though everyone knows now.

@ sedgemonkey - thats what makes you keep reading, lol

Tremulant (Level 6 Hitman) at 6/30/2006 1:53:47 PM
So... does he still wear a mask/spandex costume? And if yes, why?

sedgemonkey (Level 10 Master Sniper) at 6/30/2006 1:34:13 PM

How can Peter Parker possibly keep going on if guys like Doc Ock, Venom, etc know where he lives?

Its all part of the Civil War story arc, he reveals his identity and works for the government now, but now all his crazy enemies know his real identity.  So in the coming issues of Spider-man you'll basically be reading about Spider-man trying to fend off the likes of Vulture, Doc Ock, Venom, etc..   I have every issue of the 'Civil War' series so far. lol

no...

Oh my Gawd. How will they continue? Surely they can't just forget who spiderman is now... :S
