News Details
Photoshop Express is available to download for free from the Adobe website. Unfortunately it only has the most basic functions available, but some may find it useful. They are making it available free in the hopes that you'll upgrade to one of the more expensive versions.

its made in flex. and due to restictions of it this can do only a basic stuff.

yeah seems that way. Not really helpful for pixel artists, but i guess it's still news worthy.the news should be rewritten, as it isn't just a stripped down version of PS that you can download.

It's an online ap. I think it only has the basic functions for photo manip though. Red eye, white balance, sharpen etc. Not even a pencil to draw with. :(
