Same size canvas is the only restriction.

EDIT: You may use the image as your base to work from. Tracing shouldn't be an issue.

I mean what the original artist intended to draw. I'm guessing this is actually supposed to be something, instead of a bunch of random lines.

You're allowed to do anything as long as the canvas stays as 180 width x 130 height...

...I assume that since you're asking questions, you're planning on entering...you better damn well enter...ya Natalie picture was awesome >:D
