71 afros.. i think what appealed to me the most was the size and theme.. 'as long as it has an afro, it doesn't matter what you draw'..
I think the key to ensuring participation is hair styles. After all, a high proportion of pixel artists are hairdressing diploma drop-outs.

Updated the challenge. From what I've seen, requiring transparency may be holding a bunch of entries back, so I've loosened the transparency rules.
I actually thought I'd need more colors for what I'm making. Turns out I don't :)
=P Why would you complain then?! Aha, you can literally double the amount of colors you're using.
nnnooooooooooooooooooo oh well I'm only using like 8 colors anyways :)
I'm going to nitpick and ask if transparency counts as one of those colors :)
Damn you, l'm tooooo buuuusy to have you dump such an irresistable challenge on my platter! Two game projects, a website being finished, and Skyrim.... Will have to do it though <3
