sedgemonkey Bio:

Like many other pixel art fanactics, sedgemonkey's love of the pixel was rooted in the glory days of 8 and 16 bit Nintendo/Sega console games and the arcade classics of the late 80s and 90s. Sedgemonkey didn't really start pixelling until around January 2004, but quickly became obsessed with creating a site to showcase all the different pixel artists out there -- Pixel Joint. With his pixel work done, sedgemonkey is roaming the country aimlessly seeking shelter in dumpsters, convenience store bathrooms, doghouses and the occasional militia compound.

Nitrome and Pixeljam have top quality blend to shoot for, but simple Flash interaction games (like Orisinal) would be great. Ultimately, it'd be nice to have games that incorporate member art dynamically.

What would be the point of a redesign without some fun? EDIT: One of my key goals over the next couple of years is to integrate some fun little Flash games into the site. PJ has game art up the wazoo and no games to showcase it in -- that's gotta change.
