I think the 1x1 black pixels you use to make the "bolts" could have been made better. You can't really see what they are supposed to be, especially because three of them are on/close to dark background, so you really only see one unexplained pixel in the top left corner. Maybe make them 2x2 or remove them completly?

Also when the ? dissapears on the left side, it should just continue to be white. It's on the sunside so white stuff just stay white.

That's the great thing about indy games - you can do what ever the **** you want with your game! Rating? I'll go for unrated

@ A.B. Lazer - The delay from pushing button to hitting has concerned me as well. I'm dying for the programmer to make me a version of the game with enemies so I can test these sorts of things in real gameplay. The whipping animation IS however vastly faster than showed here.

Yes IE8. But Firefox apparently does it too (never really use FF). So it has nothing to do with the browser or what? I just notiched it after I installed IE8. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Can anyone please tell me how to once again be able to use the zoom function without the pixels getting blurred? The newest version of IE I installed seems to think blurring stuff is a good thing, don't know why!

Great work. Wonder where you got your inspiration  - However I don't like the red shadow in the m/f-symbols. It makes my eyes hurt.

The "thing" is really nice, but the colour of the water BURNS MY EYES

The logo is pretty cool but I'm not really sure this is pixel art. If you just drew it with the pencil tool I don't think it qualifies.

This is really great, however there is still room for improvement. I kinda need to see some more details on the walls and floor. Like som rugs or an alligator skin or something like that. Don't know if sprites will fill those?

Also the stuff on the shelf is too neatly organized. Make it a little more messy and untidy.

I also feel that the lightning isn't "mystic" enough. The first part of the pic to the left is more what I would want for the entire pic. Either change the light to another hue or increase the contrast a bit.

Oh, and I would like to see this in 1:1 (we DO have a zoom function)

@ jalonso - Is'nt it a scene? Scenes can be more than landscapes, right? And the background is the inside of the mothers belly? But I can also see why it's on the border.

Pixel art is still good

Very nice. One small thing that bugs me... Where her hair curls up and touches the hair right under the hat. It creates a closed pocket, which really annoys me.

Oh no! Internet exploder 8 apparantly thinks I want my pixel art blurred when I zoom!

I think he meant the light grey, which indeed is unneccesary. It should be a bit darker or not be there at all IMHO. Besides that, I like it. It's pretty creepy.

By the way, it would look really good (I think) if the black stripe kind of followed the fur. If you understand what I mean

smk - What do we do about it: People should stop voting for pieces that are not within the limits. People should stop abusing loopholes. (And perhaps admins could  SHOULD be a tad much stricter? !)

Looks really good, but the scene is a little boring for my taste. I would love to see some silhouettes of a camel caravan or something. Still great :)
