I really do this alone with "microsoft paint" and "gif movie gear" and i can send you by mail the entire project if you want. To conclude i just want to say you that there's better way to start on such a pixel art site than criticise my work, which is i admit not very impressive but WHERE ARE YOUR PIXEL ART PIECE???? If you want a good tool for making some animation: GIFmovieGear (with this one you can change the frame rate, and it's very easy to use, you just have to find a key, and that's not too complicate nowadays!!!)
