Cool... Few comments anyway. For highlights on red, you may not want to add white. Just put it at the max brightness it can be without going pink at all. Add saturation and shift towards yellow a bit if you need really dramatic highlights. The green things don't stand out much. A brighter highlight would help that I think. In the blue areas, another layer of highlight that goes over just some of the edges would probably be good. Additionally, when you highlight, try not to focus so much on the edges of shapes (as you did in the teeth). Work to suggest form and a light source. And one more thing, you could probably eliminate some colours from this without much problem; the ones I'm thinking of are in the red and in the blue.
