This is my submittion to the weekly challenge. I hope I got it in, in time. I used 15 colors in this pic. 3 in the hair. 3 in the skin. 6 in the custume. Then gray,black, and white.

I was thinking it would have looked even better if I made some flashes going off. Like pictures being taken. But I don't know how to animate yet. LOL.... I will improve with time. I'm sure.

LOL... I had to google the name mai shiranui. But your right it does look something like her. LOL... I know I had seen that type of custume around but not with the ball on the end. I was sort of thinking about chun lee from street fighter when I did it though. A sort of chun lee meets sailor moon thing. Well that was my thought anyway. LOL..
