Anyway, it just looks like you took the concept art and "pixelized" it.

The proportions are definitely off. I think either his legs are too long, or his arms are too short, you pick. I also think the colour could be less saturated, and your shading could be a lot smoother (why did you use so few colours?). If this had smoother shading I think I would like it a lot; I like the pose and the way his clothes "flow".
