No discussion of pixel precision would be complete without mentioning this bizarre site. Play an 18x18 version of Pong, Space Invaders, Pac-Man and Asteroids.
UPDATE: It's actually got a lot more games than I first thought: Pinball, Breakout, Tic Tac Toe, Footy, Life, Simon, F1, Maze and even more goodies are also available. Neat.

The links for the games are actually in the website. Click on HTML/Flash link and then you can keep scrolling left/right to pick a game.

As awesome as this website is, it hurts my eyes like crazy! @__@..but it's fun. Blindness is a small price to pay.
