This isn't exactly pixel art news, but Diesel Sweeties (started in 2000) certainly is a cool pixel art comic strip. Diesel Sweeties was featured on Boing Boing for including the Boinger Xeni in a strip.

Oh wow, Diesel Sweeties is what actually got me into pixel art! I started drawing crappy squared robots and tried making what I thought were funny strips.

Ah yes. I remember seeing this before maybe 2 or 3 years ago. I like it. I think it also eventually contributed toward me being interesting in pixely things, because I was so interested in their font. Oh, and I liked their little icons :)

Used to read DS on a regular basis back in the day. Not so much any more nowadays for reasons unknown to me is it is rather stylish and quirky. It gets a thumbsup from me overall! :D
