Wow, when I first saw this I could have sworn it was animated... the impact point dithering is really effective, IMO.  The stars seem sort of lazy but the hazy-ness on the surface is awesome.

Wow, I really like what you've done with this palette.  The dither in the sky seems heavy but the water is REALLY nice.

The head should tilt forward slightly (like a nod), it looks like he's dancing.

If the backgrounds were being judged seperately, you'd have it hands-down!  I really like what you did with the blending on the cloud-covered moon.  Great job.

I know the outline was part of the challenge but I'd like to see a version posted with the outlines gone... how about it?  Anyway, 5/6.

After all the work you've had to do to establish that you're MR Lollige... this just seems funny to me.  But then I'm easily amused.  Anyway, I like the treatment of light in the highlights.

Wow, I have a Channel F but I have no games for it so I've never seen it running.  Good use of a restrictive palette.

The Romulan has pointy ears... well, as much as I could show, the Klingon is slightly chunkier and shorter than the Romulan,,, the pic I used as color reference showed the Klingon as the same size as the Andorian.  I can play with the body types though, it's worth a shot to see what I get.  Thanks.
