Phone Company sues rival over pixel ad.
News Details
Rogers communications is suing their competitor Bell Mobility in Canada over ads that "disparage, denigrate, discredit, tarnish, diminish, and otherwise depreciate" its brand. The cool thing is that the ads are done in animated pixel style!

Hmm...I just saw a comercial for Pepsi. The Diet Pepsi was in a movie with Jacki Chan. They called for a stunt double, and they smashed a can of Diet Coke......so why do the Canadians have be little crybabies?

That's a great ad! Much better than those minimal pixel ads that have been on tv lately.

Doesnt Pepsi do these types of commercial, targeting Coca-Cola, everytime? The pixel art in the commercial are pretty nice, they should have posted here for criticism, first, though :D

I saw this ad on TV, tought it was quite nice and funny, didn't know about the lawsuit tho.

The ad is great. As for the lawsuit, it's sort of like two teenage girls bickering over a boy. Both companies are bickering over the love of their customers. I can easily picture the CEO's text-messaging each other with nasty messages.

Haha, quite a funny ad. I disagree with that article lawsuit though. The thought that the only reason the cheetah regurgitates the rabbit was to keep it 'G' rated. NO KILLING! But I suppose it's a double edges sword.This Week's Pixel Art

They just feel like targeting the hip pixel-artist crowd.
